Els fets van oc\u00f3rrer mentre els agents duien a terme un dispositiu est\u00e0tic de control en l&#8217;Av. d&#8217;Alacant, amb motiu de la vigil\u00e0ncia espec\u00edfica derivada de l&#8217;Estat d&#8217;Alarma vigent per a previndre la propagaci\u00f3 del virus mitjan\u00e7ant despla\u00e7aments injustificats de la poblaci\u00f3. Els agents van observar una dona que eixia d&#8217;un edifici on hi ha indicis de tr\u00e0fic de drogues, amb intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocultar-se, per la qual cosa la van seguir fins a un lloc on van poder observar-la al costat d&#8217;un comprador, cometent el presumpte delicte.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s d&#8217;esta intervenci\u00f3, la policia local va detindre la vesprada de dissabte una persona per desobedi\u00e8ncia greu, en eludir de manera reiterada l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de quedar-se a sa casa.
