Les obres del centre escolar <\/em><\/strong>s\u2019executar\u00e0n en sis mesos, mentre que la <\/strong>intervenci\u00f3 en El Pantanet se centrar\u00e0 a refor\u00e7ar l\u2019estructura i evitar filtracions <\/em><\/p>\n

L\u2019Ajuntament de Mutxamel ha activat dues actuacions estrat\u00e8giques per al municipi: l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 del CEIP Arbre Blanc, amb la construcci\u00f3 del seu gimn\u00e0s i del pavell\u00f3 d\u2019Infantil, i l\u2019inici d\u2019obres d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia a l\u2019edifici hist\u00f2ric d\u2019El Pantanet per a garantir-ne l\u2019estabilitat estructural. Ambdues intervencions formen part de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia municipal per a refor\u00e7ar les infraestructures educatives i protegir el patrimoni local.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 del CEIP Arbre Blanc ha comen\u00e7at amb les obres del gimn\u00e0s i del pavell\u00f3 d\u2019Infantil, una actuaci\u00f3 que, com ha assenyalat l\u2019alcalde de Mutxamel, Rafael Garc\u00eda Berenguer<\/strong>, \u201cs\u2019ha demorat per diverses circumst\u00e0ncies administratives i t\u00e8cniques que s\u2019han anat encadenant des de l\u2019inici del projecte\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ha puntualitzat que \u201cel primer problema va ser que la Conselleria d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 va acceptar inicialment \u00fanicament la construcci\u00f3 de l\u2019aulari d\u2019Infantil dins del programa Edificant, deixant fora el gimn\u00e0s que la comunitat educativa portava anys reclamant. Des de l\u2019Ajuntament vam defensar aquesta necessitat i, despr\u00e9s de diverses reunions amb responsables auton\u00f2mics i 15 mesos de m\u00faltiples gestions, vam aconseguir que es modificara el projecte per a incloure\u2019l\u201d.<\/p>\n

L\u2019alcalde ha recordat que \u201cposteriorment l\u2019augment de preus derivat de la crisi internacional va obligar a revisar el projecte, ja que l\u2019empresa adjudicat\u00e0ria va renunciar a executar les obres en no poder assumir l\u2019increment de costos. Tamb\u00e9 es van haver de realitzar modificacions en el projecte en mat\u00e8ria de sostenibilitat i efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica\u201d.<\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s de mesos de treball incessant, com ha concl\u00f2s el primer edil, \u201cpodem dir que les obres ja estan en marxa. Ha sigut un proc\u00e9s complex, per\u00f2 hem treballat perqu\u00e8 una demanda hist\u00f2rica de la comunitat educativa de l\u2019Arbre Blanc siga per fi una realitat\u201d.<\/p>\n

El regidor d\u2019Urbanisme i Obres P\u00fabliques, Vicente Gomis<\/strong>, ha recordat que aquesta ampliaci\u00f3 havia d\u2019haver-se executat en paral\u00b7lel a la del CEIP Manuel Ant\u00f3n. \u201cDespr\u00e9s d\u2019aconseguir una ampliaci\u00f3 pressupost\u00e0ria, el projecte supera el mili\u00f3 d\u2019euros i ja compta amb empresa adjudicat\u00e0ria i planificaci\u00f3 en marxa\u201d, ha explicat.<\/p>\n

L\u2019acta de replanteig es va signar el passat 23 de febrer<\/strong> i el termini d\u2019execuci\u00f3 \u00e9s de sis mesos, amb previsi\u00f3 de finalitzaci\u00f3 a finals d\u2019agost, coincidint els dos \u00faltims mesos amb el per\u00edode estival per a minimitzar l\u2019impacte en l\u2019activitat lectiva.<\/p>\n

Per a assegurar el bon desenvolupament de les obres ja s\u2019est\u00e0 implantant un tancament perimetral sectoritzat<\/strong> que separar\u00e0 la zona de treball de l\u2019espai escolar, habilitant accessos alternatius per a l\u2019alumnat amb la finalitat de poder compatibilitzar les obres amb l\u2019activitat lectiva.<\/p>\n

Obres d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia a El Pantanet<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paral\u00b7lelament, l\u2019Ajuntament ha iniciat obres d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia a l\u2019edifici hist\u00f2ric d\u2019El Pantanet<\/strong> despr\u00e9s de detectar-se un agreujament del seu estat estructural despr\u00e9s dels \u00faltims temporals.<\/p>\n

L\u2019immoble, l\u2019\u00fas municipal del qual va quedar garantit el 2024 mitjan\u00e7ant un contracte de comodato<\/strong>, ja comptava amb un projecte t\u00e8cnic redactat. No obstant aix\u00f2, les recents pluges i les fortes ratxes de vent van accelerar el deteriorament, fet que ha obligat a actuar amb urg\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n

Segons ha explicat el regidor Vicente Gomis, \u201cl\u2019avantatge \u00e9s que l\u2019Ajuntament ja disposava d\u2019un projecte redactat, cosa que ens permetr\u00e0 actuar amb m\u00e9s rapidesa i rigor t\u00e8cnic per a assegurar l\u2019estructura de l\u2019edifici\u201d.<\/p>\n

La intervenci\u00f3 se centra en la consolidaci\u00f3 estructural i l\u2019estanque\u00eftat de l\u2019immoble<\/strong>, amb treballs de refor\u00e7 del forjat intermedi, consolidaci\u00f3 de la coberta, reposici\u00f3 i segellat de finestres, reparaci\u00f3 de fissures i aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019arrebossats per a evitar filtracions.<\/p>\n

El pressupost inicial del projecte ascendia a 276.000 euros<\/strong>, per\u00f2 l\u2019empitjorament de l\u2019estat de l\u2019edifici ha elevat la inversi\u00f3 estimada per a aquesta fase d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia fins als 360.000 euros<\/strong>, finan\u00e7ats amb c\u00e0rrec al romanent de tresoreria municipal.<\/p>\n

Una vegada completada la fase d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia a El Pantanet, l\u2019Ajuntament licitar\u00e0 un nou contracte per a culminar la rehabilitaci\u00f3 integral de l\u2019edifici<\/strong> i posar en valor aquest espai hist\u00f2ric.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, el consistori treballa en altres projectes de recuperaci\u00f3 patrimonial com L\u2019Hort de Ferraz<\/strong>, per al qual se sol\u00b7licitar\u00e0 finan\u00e7ament a trav\u00e9s del programa estatal del 2% Cultural<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

L\u2019alcalde Rafael Garc\u00eda Berenguer ha subratllat que l\u2019objectiu de l\u2019equip de govern \u00e9s \u201cdesbloquejar projectes necessaris per al municipi complint tots els tr\u00e0mits administratius i garantint que les inversions p\u00fabliques es realitzen amb seguretat i planificaci\u00f3\u201d.<\/p>\n

Amb aquestes actuacions, Mutxamel avan\u00e7a de manera simult\u00e0nia en la millora de les seues infraestructures educatives i en la protecci\u00f3 del seu patrimoni hist\u00f2ric<\/strong>, refor\u00e7ant dos \u00e0mbits estrat\u00e8gics per al desenvolupament del municipi.<\/p>\n
