Les accions es troben emmarcades dins del Pla de Recuperaci\u00f3, Transformaci\u00f3 i Resili\u00e8ncia, posat en marxa per la Uni\u00f3 Europea dins dels Projectes Next Generation; que ha atorgat a l&#8217;Ajuntament la quantia de 177.554,05 euros per a l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de les millores projectades en mat\u00e8ria de noves tecnologies.<\/p>\n<p>La subvenci\u00f3 rebuda ha sigut destinada a dos projectes. D&#8217;una banda, s&#8217;ha realitzat la substituci\u00f3 del Centre de Proc\u00e9s de Dades amb la finalitat de millorar els costos de manteniment i la seua capacitat de tractament\u00a0 i emmagatzematge. S&#8217;han traspassat tots els sistemes d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 existents a esta infraestructura m\u00e9s moderna, ja dimensionada a les necessitats actuals. Este primer projecte ha tingut un cost total de 138.908 euros, dels quals han sigut subvencionats 133.000 euros. La resta de la quantia ha sigut finan\u00e7ada amb fons propis, en total 5.908 euros.<\/p>\n<p>En segon lloc, s&#8217;han implementat totes les ferramentes i programari necessari per a integrar el Gestor Documental de l&#8217;Ajuntament amb l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 \u201cCarpeta Ciutadana\u201d de l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 General de l&#8217;Estat i per a arreplegar la firma biom\u00e8trica dels ciutadans, en els procediments administratius en els quals s\u00f3n interessats. La primera millora facilitar\u00e0 al ciutad\u00e0 l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la seua informaci\u00f3 existent a l&#8217;Ajuntament des de l&#8217;APP \u201cLa meua carpeta ciutadana\u201d, com a canal centralitzador de comunicaci\u00f3 proactiva amb la ciutadania. La segona millora facilitar\u00e0 al ciutad\u00e0 la relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 en els procediments administratius, complint aix\u00ed l&#8217;Ajuntament de Mutxamel amb l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia en mitjans electr\u00f2nics als ciutadans, garantint sempre la seua identitat. Esta segona part, ha tingut un cost de 74.493,65 euros; dels quals 44.554 euros han sigut sufragats mitjan\u00e7ant subvenci\u00f3 i la resta, 29.939 euros, ha sigut aportada del pressupost municipal.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;esta manera es garantix el dret de la ciutadania a comunicar-se amb l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica mitjan\u00e7ant un \u00fanic canal electr\u00f2nic centralitzador, per\u00f2 facilitant la comunicaci\u00f3 presencial, mitjan\u00e7ant la firma biom\u00e8trica, com a canal tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;edil de Noves Tecnologies, Lara Llorca, ha assegurat que \u201cl\u2019Ajuntament est\u00e0 immers en el proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 digital en el qual necessita mitjans tecnol\u00f2gics cada vegada m\u00e9s r\u00e0pids i capa\u00e7os de manejar grans volums d&#8217;informaci\u00f3, m\u00e9s segurs i que garantisquen la continu\u00eftat del servici davant accions externes mal intencionades. Amb els dos projectes es millora tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;acc\u00e9s de la ciutadania mitjan\u00e7ant dispositius m\u00f2bils a tota mena de procediments administratius i se centralitza en un punt \u00fanic que facilita a m\u00e9s la presentaci\u00f3 de documentaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;Oficina d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 al Ciutad\u00e0\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;alcalde, Rafael Garc\u00eda Berenguer, ha ressaltat que \u201cles noves tecnologies s\u00f3n el present i per aix\u00f2 les administracions p\u00fabliques hem de treballar per a modernitzar i estar al dia en este camp; amb la finalitat d&#8217;oferir a la ciutadania totes les comoditats per a realitzar qualsevol tr\u00e0mit sense complicacions. Els dos projectes materialitzen el nostre comprom\u00eds amb la bona atenci\u00f3 a la ciutadania, i oferixen solucions eficaces que els permeten estalviar temps i resoldre les q\u00fcestions administratives amb la major rapidesa possible\u201d.
