L\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de personal i recursos permetr\u00e0 donar un millor servei a tot el municipi.<\/strong><\/p> \n \n

Mutxamel compta des de hui amb una reorganitzaci\u00f3 del treball desenvolupat per l\u2019empresa EMSUVIM, basada en el treball per grups i \u00e0rees, buscant donar un millor i ampliat servei a tot el municipi.<\/p> \n \n

El seu desenvolupament \u00e9s possible, gr\u00e0cies, a la Modificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Enc\u00e0rrec de l\u2019acord plenari del 28 de juliol 2022, la qual va proposar -entre altres- una reorganitzaci\u00f3 del Servei. Aquesta proposta ve donada per la zonificaci\u00f3 del servei, assignant grups de treball a zones espec\u00edfiques del municipi, de tal forma que un grup d\u2019operaris s\u2019encarreguen sempre de les mateixes zones. Per a la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta proposta es necessitava mitjans de transport, de maquin\u00e0ria i de personal. Una vegada cobertes estes necessitats, ha sigut possible dur a terme l\u2019objectiu perseguit.<\/p> \n \n

Durant este mat\u00ed ha tingut lloc una reuni\u00f3 amb tota la plantilla, s\u2019ha plantejat i explicat la nova metodologia de treball basada en la reorganitzaci\u00f3 per grups i \u00e0rees. D\u2019esta manera, s\u2019ha distribu\u00eft als diferents operaris en grups de treballs i se\u2019ls ha associat una \u00e0rea determinada del municipi, amb la finalitat de tindre cobert tot el territori municipal, amb m\u00e9s pres\u00e8ncia en la zona d\u2019urbanitzacions.<\/p> \n \n

Esta nova metodologia ha sigut possible gr\u00e0cies als nous mitjans t\u00e8cnics adquirits i a l\u2019augment de la flota de vehicles que s\u2019ha fet en els \u00faltims mesos. Al mateix temps, ha perm\u00e9s contractar nous empleats per a fer front a tots els serveis i per a mantindre els espais de jardineria.<\/p> \n \n

Rafael Garc\u00eda Berenguer, alcalde de Mutxamel, ha destacat el benefici que aportar\u00e0 \u201cl\u2019increment de plantilla i de mitjans t\u00e8cnics, per a fer una major labor de jardineria i poder arribar a tots els espais del municipi, incloent-hi les urbanitzacions\u201d.<\/p> \n \n
