{"id":2227,"date":"2018-02-23T11:39:25","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T10:39:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/?p=2227"},"modified":"2023-12-01T14:33:18","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T13:33:18","slug":"la-proteccio-de-victimes-de-violencia-de-genere-tema-central-de-la-junta-local-de-seguretat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/ca\/la-proteccio-de-victimes-de-violencia-de-genere-tema-central-de-la-junta-local-de-seguretat\/","title":{"rendered":"LA PROTECCI\u00d3 DE V\u00cdCTIMES DE VIOL\u00c8NCIA DE G\u00c8NERE, TEMA CENTRAL DE LA JUNTA LOCAL DE SEGURETAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>23\/02\/2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la Junta Local, a m\u00e9s de tractar sobre l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la seguretat ciutadana a Mutxamel amb els cossos de seguretat estatals, es va signar el protocol de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 entre el cos de la Policia Local de Mutxamel i la caserna principal de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil de Sant Joan-Mutxamel, per al seguiment de mesures judicials de protecci\u00f3 de v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n<p>Este protocol complementa l&#8217;acord de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 signat entre l&#8217;Ajuntament de Mutxamel i el Ministeri de l&#8217;Interior en 2017, per a la incorporaci\u00f3 del Cos de la Policia Local de Mutxamel al Sistema de Seguiment Integral dels Casos de Viol\u00e8ncia de G\u00e8nere. L&#8217;acc\u00e9s a este sistema permet als agents de la policia local fer una valoraci\u00f3 del risc de la v\u00edctima i establir les mesures de protecci\u00f3 que li corresponguen, la qual cosa comporta una major implicaci\u00f3 de la policia local en la lluita contra la viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, com correspon amb les funcions de policia de proximitat encomanades per la legislaci\u00f3 que s&#8217;aplica a la Comunitat Valenciana a estos cossos policials.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3 celebrada, van estar presents el subdelegat del Govern d&#8217;Alacant, el coronel cap de la comand\u00e0ncia de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil d&#8217;Alacant, l&#8217;inspector cap de la Policia Auton\u00f2mica, el comandant de la caserna de Sant Joan de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil, el cap de la Policia Local i l&#8217;alcalde de Mutxamel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>23\/02\/2018 En la Junta Local, a m\u00e9s de tractar sobre l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la seguretat ciutadana a Mutxamel amb els cossos de seguretat estatals, es va signar el protocol de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 entre el cos de la Policia Local de Mutxamel i la caserna principal de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil de Sant Joan-Mutxamel, per al seguiment&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":2225,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[351,282],"tags":[323],"class_list":["post-2227","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hemeroteca-ca","category-noticies","tag-hemeroteca-va"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
