Mutxatapa 2023 ja compta amb guanyadors. La dotzena edici\u00f3 d’aquesta coneguda proposada de turisme gastron\u00f2mic, celebrat de l’11 al 28 de maig de 2023 ha comptat amb la participaci\u00f3 de 21 establiments d’hostaleria de Mutxamel. El passat 1 de juny va tindre lloc el sorteig per a con\u00e9ixer quins han sigut les millors tapes i qui les persones afortunades a aconseguir els premis oferits en la presenta edici\u00f3, que els seus patrocinadors han sigut l’Associaci\u00f3 de Comerciants, Bonalba Resort, Comercial Tabarca i el Real Aeroclub d’Alacant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

L’establiment m\u00e9s votat amb el Primer premi a Millor Tapa del P\u00fablico, l’establiment Bar de Tapes de Brisa amb la seua tapa \u201cPunxe Sabor\u00f3s\u201d. S’atorga esment especial a Segon premi Millor Tapa del P\u00fablico a l’establiment Ripmar amb la tapa \u201cMini Teresa\u201d. S’atorga esment especial Tercer premi Millor Tapa del P\u00fablico a l’establiment Bar Rosa amb la tapa \u201cHappy Medallo\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Despr\u00e9s de l’obertura de l’informe del \u201cMistery Shopper\u201d o \u201cClient misteri\u00f3s\u201d els establiments que han obtingut els premis a les tapes i les postres professionals han sigut:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Primer Premi Professional a la Tapa m\u00e9s Innovadora: Bonalba Golf, amb la tapa \u201cCornetto Green\u201d. Tapa innovadora, introdueix noves t\u00e8cniques com per exemple espumes, original quant a colors, sabors, textures, aromes i a m\u00e9s, t\u00e9 en compte l’emplatat, ideal per a obrir l’apetit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Primer Premi Professional a la Tapa m\u00e9s tradicional: Bella Dona amb la tapa \u201cNapule\u201d. En aquesta tapa cal destacar el millor servei i atenci\u00f3 al client, a m\u00e9s en cada taula la publicitat de Mutxatapa, les t\u00e8cniques s\u00f3n de cuina italiana, \u00e9s original quant a colors, com a decoraci\u00f3 aporta un nou mat\u00eds que real\u00e7a i dona contrast.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Primer Premi Professional Millors Postres: Sabor de Caf\u00e9 amb les postres \u201cLluna creixent de pistatxo\u201d. La proposta d’aquest dol\u00e7 triomfar\u00e0 aquesta temporada de primavera-estiu, quan s’ajunten dues del\u00edcies que s\u00f3n infal\u00b7libles de per si mateix, el resultat fa olor d’\u00e8xit assegurat. S’ha creat el mos dol\u00e7 i combinaci\u00f3 de sabors perfecte. L’originalitat, la presentaci\u00f3 i el servei ha sigut incre\u00efble.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Els guardons han sigut entregats a les 12:00h del dia de hui, al costat de les persones premiades que van participar presentat la cartilla segellada en l’Oficina de Turisme de Mutxamel. En la present edici\u00f3 han sigut venudes en total de 4.757 tapes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
