L’Ajuntament de Mutxamel, a trav\u00e9s de l’Ag\u00e8ncia de Desenvolupament Local, ha sol\u00b7licitat a la Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, Sectors Productius, Comer\u00e7 i Treball, una subvenci\u00f3 per a realitzar, el programa T’Avalem 2018. Un programa mixt d’ocupaci\u00f3-formaci\u00f3, destinat a proporcionar formaci\u00f3 en alternan\u00e7a amb treball real a j\u00f3vens aturats majors de 16 i menors de 30 anys, inscrits en el Servef com a demandants d’ocupaci\u00f3 i en el Sistema Nacional de Garantia Juvenil.<\/p>\n

Si es concedix la subvenci\u00f3, durant un any, 10 j\u00f3vens que tinguen com a m\u00ednim el graduat d’ESO, seran contractats com a alumnes-treballadors, i alternaran treball i formaci\u00f3 en l’especialitat d'”Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i manteniment de jardins i zones verdes”, i altres 10 j\u00f3vens sense requisit de formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica m\u00ednima, seran contractats com a alumnes-treballadors en les especialitats formatives d'”Operacions auxiliars d’obra de paleta de f\u00e0briques i cobertes” i “F\u00e0briques d’obra de paleta”. Estes tres especialitats formatives corresponen a certificats de professionalitat.<\/p>\n

Durant el desenvolupament del programa T`Avalem, amb data m\u00e0xima d’inici el 30 de juny de 2018, segons l’ordre de la convocat\u00f2ria de subvenci\u00f3, els 20 alumnes-treballadors realitzaran la formaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica i pr\u00e0ctica de cada especialitat, en les instal\u00b7lacions que l’Ajuntament de Mutxamel, a trav\u00e9s de l’Ag\u00e8ncia de Desenvolupament Local, va acreditar per a aconseguir participar en estos programes de formaci\u00f3 dual, fet que li va permetre obtindre la qualificaci\u00f3 d’Entitat de Formaci\u00f3 per a l’Ocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Els vint alumnes-treballadors faran treballs d’obra de paleta i jardineria per al condicionament i millora de dotacions al tossal del Calvari. I es contribuir\u00e0 aix\u00ed a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del patrimoni i posada en valor dels elements naturals del municipi.<\/p>\n

Esperem i desitgem que la Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, Sectors Productius, Comer\u00e7 i Treball, a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3 general del Servef concedisca la subvenci\u00f3 a l’Ajuntament de Mutxamel perqu\u00e8 20 j\u00f3vens de la localitat puguen realitzar el programa T’Avalem sol\u00b7licitat.<\/p>\n
