{"id":17252,"date":"2022-06-28T10:50:41","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T10:50:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/?p=17252"},"modified":"2022-06-28T10:50:41","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T10:50:41","slug":"sol%c2%b7licitud-de-parcel%c2%b7les-en-els-horts-municipals-de-mutxamel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/ca\/sol%c2%b7licitud-de-parcel%c2%b7les-en-els-horts-municipals-de-mutxamel\/","title":{"rendered":"SOL\u00b7LICITUD DE PARCEL\u00b7LES EN ELS HORTS MUNICIPALS DE MUTXAMEL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>HORTS MUNICIPALS DE MUTXAMEL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des que en 2013 es crearen els horts municipals als Jardins de Penya-serrada, s&#8217;ha oferit a la ciutadania de Mutxamel que complix els requisits establits en l&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a reguladora dels horts la possibilitat de disposar d&#8217;una parcel\u00b7la per a cultivar verdures i hortalisses destinades a autoconsum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2020 va ser aprovada pel Ple de l&#8217;Ajuntament una modificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ordenan\u00e7a per a permetre la incorporaci\u00f3 de nous col\u00b7lectius a esta activitat, donada la demanda creixent dels ciutadans de disposar d&#8217;un espai a l&#8217;aire lliure on poder treballar la terra i cultivar els seus aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant els anys 2021 i 2022 l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;Agricultura ha realitzat dos actuacions clau per a ampliar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s dels ciutadans als horts municipals de Mutxamel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 del nombre de parcel\u00b7les en l&#8217;Hort Municipal de Penya-serrada.<\/li><li>Creaci\u00f3 del nou Hort Municipal de Ravel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui pot sol\u00b7licitar una parcel\u00b7la en els horts municipals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualsevol persona empadronada a Mutxamel, major de 18 anys, que complisca els requisits de l&#8217;article 6 de l&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a reguladora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 poden sol\u00b7licitar una parcel\u00b7la associacions o entitats jur\u00eddiques sense \u00e0nim de lucre que justifiquen adequadament els objectius que perseguixen amb l&#8217;\u00fas de la parcel\u00b7la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quan es pot sol\u00b7licitar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud es pot realitzar durant tot l&#8217;any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 de les parcel\u00b7les es realitzar\u00e0 per ordre cronol\u00f2gic de sol\u00b7licitud per registre d&#8217;entrada a l&#8217;Ajuntament fins a cobrir la totalitat de les parcel\u00b7les disponibles. Una vegada esgotades les parcel\u00b7les, es constituir\u00e0 una borsa de sol\u00b7licitants, que seran cridats per rigor\u00f3s ordre de presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;inst\u00e0ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com es presenta la sol\u00b7licitud?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones interessades han de presentar la sol\u00b7licitud i la documentaci\u00f3 requerida en la base 6 de la convocat\u00f2ria (tots dos documents es poden descarregar al final d&#8217;esta p\u00e0gina) davant el Registre General de l&#8217;Ajuntament, amb cita pr\u00e8via, o per mitj\u00e0 de la seu electr\u00f2nica de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Mutxamel (tr\u00e0mit: inst\u00e0ncia general, adjuntant la sol\u00b7licitud i la documentaci\u00f3 requerida).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques de les parcel\u00b7les<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. HORT MUNICIPAL DELS JARDINS DE PENYA-SERRADA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZONA 1: Constitu\u00efda per 33 parcel\u00b7les de 4m d&#8217;ample per 10m de longitud (40m2). (Parcel\u00b7les 1 a 33). Estes parcel\u00b7les es reserven per a aquelles persones que en la seua sol\u00b7licitud acrediten la condici\u00f3 d&#8217;aturat o jubilat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZONA 2: Constitu\u00efda per 22 parcel\u00b7les individuals de 4m d&#8217;ample per 10m de longitud (40m2) (parcel\u00b7les 34 a 55), destinades a persones f\u00edsiques sense importar la seua condici\u00f3, i 6 parcel\u00b7les col\u00b7lectives de 6m d&#8217;ample per 8m de longitud (48m2) (parcel\u00b7les 56 a 61), destinades a associacions o altre tipus d&#8217;entitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
