L’activitat s’emmarca en la celebraci\u00f3 de l’Any Internacional de les Fruites i Verdures i va dirigida a comerciants, productors, escolars i a la poblaci\u00f3 general<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amb la campanya es vol tamb\u00e9 fomentar el consum i la promoci\u00f3 del Tomate de Muchamiel, una varietat molt benvolguda i saludable<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Ajuntament de Mutxamel ha iniciat una campanya d’informaci\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 amb motiu de la celebraci\u00f3 de l’Any Internacional de les Fruites i Verdures. L’objectiu \u00e9s fomentar dietes m\u00e9s saludables, riques en aquests grups d’aliments, i promoure el consum de productes de quil\u00f2metre zero i de temporada. Amb aquesta iniciativa es contribueix, al mateix temps, a dinamitzar l’economia local i a aconseguir els objectius de desenvolupament sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emmarcat en aquesta iniciativa municipal, es vol tamb\u00e9 promoure el consum de la tomaca varietat Mutxamel, producte estrela del municipi. Molt benvolgut i saludable, que destaca per la seua gran grand\u00e0ria i la seua polpa carnosa i dol\u00e7a. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s font de vitamina C i vitamina A, aix\u00ed com de sals minerals. Per a aix\u00f2, paral\u00b7lelament, s’ha posat en marxa una campanya espec\u00edfica sobre el Tomate de Muchamiel, dissenyada per CYMA Comunicaci\u00f3 i Marketing, dirigida espec\u00edficament a comerciants, restaurants i productors locals, en la qual l’Ajuntament proporciona material promocional a aquells negocis que oferisquen aquesta varietat als seus clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’empresa Ecosilvo dur\u00e0 a terme accions d’informaci\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 dirigides a comerciants i productors locals, a poblaci\u00f3 escolar i a la ciutadania en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La primera acci\u00f3 de carrer tindr\u00e0 lloc el 14 de juliol, en el mercat ambulant de la localitat, repetint-se en aquest espai el dia de juliol. Aquesta activitat va dirigida a tota la poblaci\u00f3 i consistir\u00e0 en la realitzaci\u00f3 d’un senzill q\u00fcestionari sobre h\u00e0bits de consum de fruites i verdures per a recaptar l’opini\u00f3 de la ciutadania, al mateix temps que els educadors els explicaran els beneficis del consum d’aquest grup d’aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En aquestes accions s’entregaran tr\u00edptics informatius i s’obsequiar\u00e0 als participants en les enquestes amb plan\u00e7ons de tomaca varietat Muchamiel per a fomentar el cultiu d’aquest preuat aliment en l’\u00e0mbit dom\u00e8stic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unes altres de les accions incloses en aquesta campanya \u00e9s la implantaci\u00f3 d’un distintiu per als comer\u00e7os compromesos amb la promoci\u00f3 de productes de quil\u00f2metre zero i la reducci\u00f3 de l’\u00fas d’envasos, entre altres aspectes. Tamb\u00e9, es contemplen visites guiades d’escolars als horts urbans de la ciutat, per a fer part\u00edcip a tota la poblaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les fruites i verdures s\u00f3n aliments imprescindibles en qualsevol dieta sana, variada i equilibrada. El seu consum habitual disminueix el risc de patir algunes malalties com el c\u00e0ncer, la diabetis i l’obesitat, entre altres. A m\u00e9s, enforteix el sistema immunol\u00f2gic dels xiquets i millora la salut mental, cardiovascular i intestinal, reduint l’aparici\u00f3 de malalties associades a aquests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
