{"id":10948,"date":"2020-12-07T10:28:04","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T10:28:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/?p=10948"},"modified":"2020-12-07T10:28:04","modified_gmt":"2020-12-07T10:28:04","slug":"cita-previa-ajuntament-mutxamel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/ca\/cita-previa-ajuntament-mutxamel\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;AJUNTAMENT DE MUTXAMEL, DINS DEL SEU PROC\u00c9S DE MODERNITZACI\u00d3 I TRANSPAR\u00c8NCIA, POSA EN MARXA UN NOU SISTEMA DE CITA PR\u00c8VIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament de Mutxamel, dins del seu proc\u00e9s de Modernitzaci\u00f3 i Transpar\u00e8ncia, posa en marxa un sistema de cita pr\u00e8via a trav\u00e9s de la web municipal que estar\u00e0 activa des del&nbsp;<strong>DILLUNS 7 de desembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema es diu Governalia i est\u00e0 pensat, entre altres funcions, com a Agenda perqu\u00e8 els ciutadans puguen obtindre, consultar i anul\u00b7lar cites de manera r\u00e0pida i senzilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els serveis per als quals es podr\u00e0 agafar cita pr\u00e8via, en una primera fase, s\u00f3n l\u2019OMAC (Oficina Municipal d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 Ciutadana), Educaci\u00f3, Serveis Socials, Igualtat i Suma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019OMAC \u00e9s el servei m\u00e9s demandat pels ve\u00efns i que m\u00e9s persones at\u00e9n, a causa de la gran quantitat de tr\u00e0mits que oferix, per la qual cosa este sistema permet una millor gesti\u00f3 de les cites i una atenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s personalitzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des del mateix dilluns podreu consultar la informaci\u00f3 en la p\u00e0gina web i en els Opis informatius, que es troben situats en diferents punts del terme municipal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pl. de l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/li><li>Urbanitzaci\u00f3 de Ravel.<\/li><li>Centre Comercial l&#8217;Horta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al capdavant d&#8217;este proc\u00e9s es troben Lara Llorca, regidora delegada de l\u2019OMAC i Antonio Sola, regidor d&#8217;Inform\u00e0tica i Noves Tecnologies, que han treballat conjuntament perqu\u00e8 este projecte tire endavant en benefici de la ciutadania de Mutxamel, en una clara aposta per la modernitzaci\u00f3 i transpar\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ayto.mutxamel.org\/va\/cita-previa-ayuntamiento-mutxamel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cita pr\u00e8via<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament de Mutxamel, dins del seu proc\u00e9s de Modernitzaci\u00f3 i Transpar\u00e8ncia, posa en marxa un sistema de cita pr\u00e8via a trav\u00e9s de la web municipal que estar\u00e0 activa des del&nbsp;DILLUNS 7 de desembre.
